Is pricing per seat?
No. Bexvon is flat-rate within your firm-size plan, not per-user billing. Support staff — paralegals, legal assistants, billing and compliance — never use an attorney seat, so growing your team doesn't change your bill. Plans are sized by the number of attorneys.
Can I start a trial?
Not as a self-serve numbered trial. Request a demo and we will walk through the product on a sample firm. A public trial length will be published when billing can actually honour it.
Does Bexvon handle IOLTA trust accounting?
Yes. The trust module includes atomic ledger entries, three-way reconciliation, and automatic flagging of discrepancies — available on every plan, along with conflict checking. Those are professional-responsibility obligations, so they are never restricted to a higher tier.
Is e-signature included?
Yes, and it's unlimited on every plan. Signing is built into Bexvon rather than resold from another vendor, so there are no per-envelope fees to pass on to you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. If you upgrade, you're prorated immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What if I need custom features or a large deployment?
